**Due to escalating fuel costs, an additional fuel "up charge" may
apply to some trips. E-mail or ask at the shop for specifics. For your safety,
and everyone's liability, we are now requiring ALL divers to carry dive accident insurance.

RDC Trip Refund and Cancellation Policy
I. "Refunds are not issued by the Richmond Dive Club in the event that a member
cancels his or her place on a dive trip sponsored by the Club, unless it is
so written as being allowable in the booking contract with the Booking Agency.
If the Booking Agency contracted by RDC allows name changes, the member canceling
may receive a refund minus any cancellation or change fees imposed by airlines,
hotels, boat charters, car rentals, etc., if and only if, another member of
the Club comes forward and is willing to assume the financial obligations of
the member who cancels their trip. Once a member is under deposit and within
the non-cancellation phase, the member is completely responsible for the full
payment of said trip."
II. Travel Insurance (Travel Guard) and Dive Insurance (Dive Assure or DAN) are highly
recommended for all trips.
